
Last week we decided to prepare our own ramen dinner. For the soup stock, we made our own vegan based soup stock with mushroom, garlic, onions and miso bullions. For the noodles, since we didn’t have enough time to make our own from scratch, we used spaghetti then boiled it with baking soda then we added vegan dumplings, pork dumplings, tofu and vegetables. We used a lot of vegan based stuff because my daughter is vegan, we included pork dumplings for those of us who are not vegan.
