Wildflour Cafe + Bakery

Earlier this year some close friends of mine, who also happen to be my church small group mates, invited my wife and I to have brunch on Good Friday.  So the 6 of us (3 couples) decided to travel all the way to Bonifacio Global City to try out Wildflour Cafe + Bakery. It was love at first sight and bite for me. I love the ambiance of the place, the distressed wood table, the artful decor ( I love the Le Pissoir sign. Only in French can something like the toilet sound so classy 😀 ) and interior then there is the smell of freshly baked bread and pastries. As I perused the menu, I saw that they have Steak and Eggs (steak is always good with me 😀 ) in their all day breakfast food choices. So that’s what I had and man, what a great choice it was! The steak was good, the fries was delicious and the coffee was really good. That day was really a “Good Friday” in every sense of the word. Great food, great fellowship and great time with great & godly friends.

I loved the whole experience so much that I want to invite my parents along the next time I visited the place. My parents aren’t adventurous when it comes to restaurants so I hesitated a little before deciding to invite them for breakfast there and when we were there, I was hoping that they will like the place and the food. The day after, my sisters and my mom were saying how my dad was raving and gushing over the bacon steak breakfast he had there and wanted to go back.  What a relief!!!  Every time there is a one-day holiday, my parents will ask me if I want to go to Wildflour for breakfast. Suffice to say it has become one of our favorite breakfast place.  The only thing keeping us from going there more often than we want to is the distance. But I am pretty sure that we just might spend the next one-day holiday breakfast there.

I am not connected to Wildflour Cafe in anyway nor am I being compensated for this. I am just a happy and satisfied customer 🙂

Here are some photos I took of the place and the food we had. All shot with the Fuji X-T1 with my fave Fuji 35mm f/1.4 lens.
